Hobbs is great. Swift delivery and good return and refund systems. But sometimes the choice you make online just doesn’t look good on!

All would be great if only they used different courier, my parcel was left on someone's else step fortunately l managed to retrieve it. Please consider offering with cost different couriers. I will no longer use any company using Evri

Had brilliant shop in Cheltenham recently. Fantastic service-lots of matching items bought to fitting room and told us about the savings if you spent £250 + which my sister in law did. As part of that shop I saw these trousers and decided to buy online

Bought this coat and loved it. Within 3 months the arm ripped. Contacted Hobbs to get a replacement. Impossible speak to a human being and just get directed to wrong options. Refunds which you only do in 30 days. Gave up in the end. Not out of pocket while I try and get a tailor to fix.

I love the Liana dress and in fact have it in three colours (green, violet and red!) It’s smart, comfortable and hangs so well. I wore one for our daughter’s wedding and wore matching shoes and fascinator (all from Hobbs). Would highly recommend!

THe necklace is lovely. However I paid for next day delivery and it took a week to arrive. I have requested several times for refund on the postage and still await a reply.

I had to send back this beautiful jeans as it was the wrong size. I am so disappointed I haven’t heard from HOBBs I have not been refunded and spent €18 to send it back to London 8 days ago. It was to be in London in 4 days. It is saying on my tracking number from A Post that they have no information. Very disappointed very upset I’m not happy Liz Crosby Kildare Ireland
