“A lovely dress but had to order in a smaller size to be delivered to the shop. Then tried this on in the shop and was able to return the other dress at the same time. Always find the staff at Hobbs very helpful.”

“Lovely coat size 10 petite fit -very smart and great fit as sleeves/shoulders and length are just right for my 5’2” height and frame. Ordered online -sent the regular fit back at no cost so great service and quality materials😌”

“The Jaymie puffer was exactly what I have been looking for. I have a Hobbs puffer jacket which I love but wanted something longer to cover the tops of my legs in the very cold weather. I am loving it.”

“I am very disappointed with my recent purchase. The evening dress I received was clearly already worn and covered in multiple stains, which is completely unacceptable for a new item. Additionally, dealing with customer service has been extremely frustrating—getting a replacement or refund has proven unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing, and I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.”
