“I have always loved shopping at Hobbs. They do have beautiful clothes. I do wish they would bring back those lovely satin jackets that they used to do. They had them in wonderful colour's and they always look smart on so Hobbs please consider bringing them back.”

“The dress was lovely, but arrived damaged with a mark on the front skirt part. I have returned but paid delivery for nothing and had to find something else to wear instead. Disappointing.”

“Gorgeous coat. Lovely colour and the length is great for a maxi coat. I ordered a size 12 as my previous Hobbs coat was a size 10 but I want to be able to wear thick jumpers underneath. Highly recommend!!”

“To date, I have still not received my order. Since placing it online on the 18th, I have received no updated delivery information. On 3rd January, I telephoned the White City store, where staff informed me they could locate the order in their system but had no dispatch notification, meaning the dress had not been delivered to the shop. I no longer wish to keep this dress and would like to return it. I have purchased numerous items from HOBBS and have always been fond of the brand, but this experience has been utterly dreadful.”

“Bought for my wife’s Xmas Gift and she’s very pleased with both sweaters! They look great, both fit well and the quality is good! The delivery, although delayed by the carrier (Evri) Hobbs responded very positively, efficiently and thoroughly professionally! Very pleased with the purchase!”
