“This jacket is up to usual Hobbs. But at same time I purchased a cotton top in sale- a Jonie top - I hand washed this before use and it looks like a rag. I complained and sent pic to Customer Services and they said it was up to Hobbs standard. Please beware when purchasing anything cotton from Hobbs,”

“I bought a size 5 and size 6 of the same shoe. Unfitting. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, the size 5 had a pair with two left shoes. This was a bit unfortunate as I didn't have the opportunity to try on both shoes. I was surprised at the careless packing - needless to say I've returned the shoes.”

“Shoes never arrived so I can’t review them. Hobbs customer care started well with a quick response to my initial enquiry but it then was left for almost two weeks and me emailing again to finally get a response of a refund because they don’t send replacement items. Not impressed as I would have considered Hobbs a high-end company but here we are. Do better, Hobbs.”
