I was really looking forward to receiving this order, but it was cancelled without any explanation. I wasn’t contacted or given a reason, which was highly disappointing. Overall, the service fell well below expectations.

I live in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA and my family all live in Britain. So the fact that I can get a Gift Card to my sister's favourite establishment and have it delivered to her home is fabulous.

This petite dress was very nice, but not petite at all. I am 5.2" and the dress was very long for me, down to my ankles.Therefore I had to send it back.

The scarf which was promised as a 70th birthdayngift unfortunately was not received for the time expected but a week later apoeared by my bin. so my friend in fact received two gifts which was financialy draining but nevertheless it was beautifull wrappong paperbut was ripped. However the quality is excellent but was as expected because Hobbs is where I would alwayss shopl for special occassions. Knowing it was worth paying that bit more and would not be dissappointed. My friend absolutely loves.it. iIf it goes down in the sales I will ldefiniterly be treating myself with one.

Ordered the Larissa handbag on 16/12/25 but never turned up, appears lost in transit. Customer service dealt with my problem quickly and offered me a £20 e-gift card to be received within 48 hours. Unfortunately still not received 3 days later min using New Year holidays? Fortunately I took the opportunity to reorder and just received new bag today.

Your website advertised it had the salisbury trousers in stock over several months and after numerous attempts to purchase a pair of size 12 in 2025 both online and by collection at a number of stores in London where it claimed they were in stock - payment was taken from my credit card albeit later reimbursed - I was advised the trousers were no longer available. Your website should have been updated and not wasted so much of my time. I had earlier bought the salisbury wool jacket and was keen to get a pair of matching trousers as they did not have my size at the time I purchased the jacket. I have shopped at Hobbs for over three decades and will not be shopping at Hobbs ever again after this negative experience and poor service.

I am sending this dress back as it is faulty. The lining has been sewn into the zip. It is a quality garment and I am very disappointed. Not up to your usual standard or my expectations.

I was pleasantly surprised by this cotton mix as usually I prefer 100% cotton but this was great and felt like really soft cotton. Good fit and delighted to find bother a scoop neck and a long sleeve. I’d love this in an ivory white/cream.
