Easy to order and efficient service. The clothes are good quality using a lot of natural fibres which I love. I ordered two knitted dresses which look great on. I've not washed them yet so time will tell.

A beautiful dress. A few things which prevent a 5 star rating. The rouleaux loops for buttons at the back are èxtremely difficult to fasten ( virtually impossible for the wearer!) Despite my 5'8" height the dress will need to be shortened as it touches the floor. Finally please choose a more reputable delivery company as my dress was left outside in the rain without ringing the doorbell.

The dress itself is nice but it arrived in a plastic bag with deep creases in it, which takes away from the dress. I was most disappointed and didn't expect a dress from Hobbs at that price to arrive in the condition it did!

Only slim but sleeves were tight around top of arms. Not a good fit for me so returned it

I've purchased maybe 10 Hobbs items and I'm so happy with most of them. The clothes fit my body and lifestyle. I usually wait to buy during one of their frequent sales.

Excellent quality pencil skirt in lovely colours but being a standard size 14 it was far too wide around the hips for me which spoiled the shape. Preferring a more fitted style I had to sadly return it.

I am very disappointed with Hobbs on this occasion. I ordered Amalie puffer coat on 11 December at £159 with an expected delivery between 16-19 December. I was asked to review the coat on 18 December & received an apology for the delay on 22 December. I am still waiting for it & to add insult to injury, I have received numerous emails offering me 10% off the sale price so it now retails for £143.10. I have no idea what the coat is like, but to leave a review I have to rate it. I've rated it one star but it could be five if I ever get the opportunity to assess it.

Expensive blouse delivered - 2 days late by Evri. Just thrown on the doorstep in wet weather. NOT what I would expect from a high end retailer.
