“I hav eno prblem with Hobbs. The issue is probably with the courier service or customer care. I Never received my order. I received an email that It was refunded; without me having asked for it and I was still charged a return service fee.”

“I t was good to have it delivered to the store in Brent X because I could try it on there and if necessary, I could have returned it straight to them. The staff there were particularly helpful and charming. If the black dress that I covet is reduced further I will consider buying that too.”

“Classic, elegant. Haven’t shopped here for years, but visited the St Pancras station one whilst travelling for work and it’s reminded me of the great tailoring and materials. Have bought a beautiful tailored wool coat, two merino Lara jumpers and gorgeous rust coloured polo jumper over the winter.”

“Loved my boots I paid 175 euros and my sister loved them she bought hers for 122 euros disappointed on how much of a difference a few weeks make . Received many compliments from people when I wore my boots their simplicity is understated which is very appealing to me”
