“I received excellent service regarding my online purchase of 2 dresses in November. When my order did not arrive even allowing for Christmas delays - I contacted Hobbs for an update on delivery they investigated the issue really quickly & kept me notified of progress then advised my order was lost! Sadly only one dress was available for repurchase which I received in record time given Christmas mail etc! Very impressive service & my thanks”

“Great service from Hobbs. Website easy to navigate with good descriptions of article of clothing, especially the fabric composition. Just find too many bits of clothing, especially dresses, are made of polyester, not good and price still high. Delivery service not good.”

“Ordered the Hannah dress within 2 mins of receiving confirmation email got another email saying order had been cancelled and refund would be given. Received the refund cost of the dress however I was charge £4.95 for delivery! However nothing was delivered! Emailed requesting refund for delivery cost and have not heard anything from Hobbs! Bad customer service you cancelled my order however I was charged a delivery fee for nothing!”

“The Hobbs website showed this bag really well. Seeing the bag on a model helps to see the true size. I was kept up to date with the despatch and delivery process. The sale price made it more appealing.”

“Very nice quality silk blouse in a lovely chocolate brown shade. However the collar was a little loose on me and would not sit right like on the model. But still a very good buy in the sale.”

“Unfortunately I had to return the dress, size 6, as it was too big and Hobbs don’t do a size 4. The dress is very nice a very unusual colour combination of pink and green”

“I can’t tell you anything about this top because I have not received it, l ordered it 2 weeks ago and have not received any updates or information. I did the online chat, it told me you can’t get tracking information on click and collect orders, why not? I called the store, it’s not there! Now l will have to spend time chasing you for my money back. Very poor order experience.”

“More like an endurance than an experience. Ordered on 16/12/25 and still waiting; apparently lost in transit. Emails pinging about but nobody grasps the nettle and says ‘let’s’ resolve it for the ‘customer’ now?”

“Easy to order and efficient service. The clothes are good quality using a lot of natural fibres which I love. I ordered two knitted dresses which look great on. I've not washed them yet so time will tell.”
