“It looks like it is supposed to be a crinkly material. But, on opening the parcel, the garment was a wrinkled up mess! I ordered a black dress a while ago, this dress was also sent back due to being a crinkled mess. There was no way I was guna try and iron it! Come in Hobbs - what is going on!!!!”

However, it definitely shouldn’t arrive looking like a “wrinkled mess,” and we understand how disappointing that must have been, especially as you’ve had a similar issue with a previous order.
