“Top tier on Customer service online and in the Windsor shop. Very efficient with all the services. I had a coat to return and I was refunded my delivery chargers back as with the Xmas rush my delivery could not make the next day. It was just one email and the issue was dealt with!”

“I like the quality of Hobbs's clothing and usually can rely on the sizing being consistent. Delivery ( Rep of Ireland ) is ok, but could be faster. Returns are a bit difficult and pricey and in Ireland i cannot return to the shop as I could in the UK.”

“It is a beautiful coat. Sadly I had to return the sizes 20 & 22 as the style did not do anything for my figure shape. The 20 being too small & the 22 too large. For anyone with a neater figure than mine it is well worth purchasing.”

“Appalling customer service- I still don't have the voucher or e-card, 3 weeks after ordering. I have emailed Hobbs 12 times and telephoned them. 3 different customer service agents have reported that an e-card would be sent instead, and still nothing has arrived. With the exception of the customer service agent to whom I spoke on the phone, and who was very helpful, all the interactions have been disappointing- patronising, ill-informed and unprofessional.”

“Great customer service in store and on line. Easy use website, love the idea of free delivery and returns. Beautiful clothing. A bit pricey, but the sales + the extra percentages off makes them affordable.”
