“The trousers delivered black and white tweed , are lovely, but too long I am going to have them shortened by a stream stress, because I do like them The other pair of trousers I ordered at the same time are perfect length Why are two pairs of petite trousers different lengths Had I not liked the black and white tweed ones, I would of returned them”

“Having seen that this jacket was available, I placed an order and was told that my order had been received. My card was debited with the purchase price and then I heard that my order could not be sourced and my order was cancelled. Disappointing, I was so looking forward to receiving it. Money promptly refunded, but still disappointing.”

“I am usually very happy with my product and delivery, but this time the items were in a box and it was not sealed. The items were still inside luckily but the top of the box was only folded into itself and one corner had flipped open. Not good. Also the items were very creased.”

“I find Hobbs to be an honest trader that still believes in clothes that fit and good material. The Petra knitted jacket was a disappointing departure from their usual standard, being shapeless and made of poor material for the price. I never bothered to try it on. The refund however was properly dealt with as always”

“I really like the style, quality. My only gripe is that the clothes are not the cheapest but we are still charged postage unless you spend £150. If you want next day delivery it then jumps up to £5.95!!”
