“I was disappointed with the store, there was noting on the rails over size 16, so was unable to try anything on, staff never approached me to ask if I needed help, that’s why I ordered on line”

“Excellent service as always. Dress and jacket were beautiful. However the shoes were ridiculously narrow. Sadly when I was reviewing them it would not allow me to reflect this. It just defaults to perfect. That was upsetting but Hobbs customer service is great. I don't think I will buy their shoes again though.”

“I first tried my dress on in the St Pancras branch where the staff could not have been more helpful or encouraging. They helped me find the right size, gave me heels to try on with the dress and were so nice, it made a really positive experience.”

“Unfortunately I didn’t like this jacket. Across shoulders it was a good fit but at bust poor fit! I consider it stuffy. I wouldn’t wear it with jeans!!”

“Disappointed that since your move of the shoe factory from Italy to India, all footwear suddenly no longer fits in my usual size and 1 fill size bigger fits ok with an emptiness at the front of the toes. The fit no longer brilliant and upsets my memory of what Hobbs used to be.”
