“The staff in all the stores I’ve gone to have always been very helpful and friendly. The clothes in the stores are always well displayed even in the smaller ones with a good selection of what is available online but obviously not everything. I ordered the shoes online and picked them up in store having tried them at the Edinburgh shop but didn’t buy at the time. Quick dispatch and good communication to let me know they’d arrived at my nearest store. and quick”

“Received my coat with a security tag still attached to the inside. I could return but they don't have my size left. Told I could take it to a Hobbs store to be removed. There is not one close to me so going to try another shop!”

“I have not received the jacket yet as Hobbs have decided to use the worst delivery company possible. I will never order from Hobbs again until they use an alternative option for delivery.”
