“Not a great selection of in-store styles. I had to order online, which isn't ideal when paying nearly £250 for a dress. It arrived, folded into a small parcel bag - not a great shopping experience! 😔”

“It used to be great and made in Europe. Now everything is made in China and the quality has dropped a lot. I have to find other shops that can still sell quality.”

“Love Hobbs, particuarly the staff who are all excellent - I shop in the Manchester store and now in the newTrafford Centre store which is closer to home for me and without fail they are wonderful, cheerful, helpful. My only small gripe is that there isn't enough choice in the petite range and at 5ft some of what is labelled petite is still too long/big.”
