“Nice enough trench coat but the sleeves are too wide..”

“Hobbs have always sold quality clothing. It's been a while since I last visited a shop to buy anything but I am glad to see that your merchandise remains of good quality. Your packaging was great, thank God whereas your choice of courier, EVRi, is awful - this time they did not deliver as stipulated and were late. Over November / December, they 'lost' two of my other parcels and mis-delivered one to another address!”

“I ordered these shoes to complete an outfit also bought from Hobbs. The shoes themselves were lovely but unfortunately too narrow and Hobbs don’t do wide fit or half sizesI’ve had to return them as they would be impossible to wear all day.”

“I have used Hobbs stores for many years and have always found the assistants very helpful, and pleasant to deal with. However, when it comes to refunds when you return goods I have had to get the store to help me as I have waited up to six weeks for two refunds which were over £200. When I telephoned the Hobbs helpine they were not very helpful and that is why I involved the store in Aberdeen to help me out. Since the Aberdeen store is now part of a franchise. we don't get the same choice of garments which is most irritating.”

“I’ve purchased a few items over the years, my first one was a longline coat made of cashmere and wool for brother’s wedding in 1979(still use it a bit worn, but warm). The sales person was most helpful while in the changing room by passing an assortment sizes for me. (Grand central).”

“Feedback for Hobbs: Please make it easier for international customers to communicate with you when orders get lost in transit. It was frustrating trying to get answers on a previous order. Otherwise, I'd highly recommend your company.”
