“Buying on line from Hobbs is easy and delivery is quick and efficient. I do prefer to shop in store where possible but will buy online if it's a tried and trusted product. I would like them to reintroduce the tweed or herringbone knee length skirts made from Moon and Confabric. I have two of these from à while ago and they have served me well.”

“They are lovely sandals, but unfortunately too narrow for my feet, so I had too return. I don't have particularly broad feet but I do find a lot of sandals are too narrow, especially around the widest part of foot.”

“Mixed service quality from Hobbs but expected better. Paid for a Saturday delivery. Lack of or rather no delivery information from courier other than email 25/4/26 00:41 to advise package was on its way to local depot. During 25/4 parcel tracking states that it is sitting in the local depot and has been awaiting collection from the courier since 6:21 on due delivery day. Contacted Hobbs through Facebook messenger at 12:01 who said they could help, then just said keep checking the tracking.So in fact no help! Spent all day waiting in for the items, delivery made at 17:11 by Evri courier, although for some reason Hobbs have delivery time as 16:11, which is incorrect. Dress and jacket unfortunately arrived by delivery extremely creased due to how it had been folded or lack of it, with in the package by Hobbs. Both were unwearable as received. Contacted Hobbs by WhatsApp who advised to contact Cheshire Oaks to arrange for the dress and jacket to be steamed free of charge, did feel the words “sorry to hear this, this is not what we expect at all” a very standard phrase. So a 50 minute journey both ways to go to Cheshire Oaks for them to steam the items, which they did after prior contact to arrange. So good service from them. Only ordered on line because previously visited Cheshire Oaks but they had no sizes in stock, especially the jacket which was full price and they couldn’t offer one in a size 12 to try on in a different colour. Although not good service this day, because the assistant kept pushing larger sizes than I am, and I wouldn’t have been able to judge if it fit or not.”
