“I love the Hobbs petite range but am still surprised what couriers they are using for their deliveries- once again I have had an issue with the item i ordered at that same time as this one and ended up not receiving it - having to use the chat facility to find out where it was and not receiving it prior to my holiday - Hobbs why are you doing this when your products are so good . I would suggest if you can collection from store”

“I purchased a gift card from Hobbs for my Wife's Christmas present. Although the card arrived at the store in time, i would have prefered that the shop had the cards in store, rather than buying on-line then having to collect from the store.”

“The ordering and delivery was easy and quick. My only issue is that the day after the coat was discounted and despite requesting a refund of the difference (as indicated as available on the website) this has not been progressed.”

“Usually excellent. This time the green Tresco jumper arrived very very creased and required a thorough steam iron, hence only the four stars. The style and fit of this 'Regular' cropped jumper is just right for me as at 5'2" I'm a Petite and it is the first Hobbs jumper that fits as I would wish it to. The long ribbed cuffs are ideal too as they turn up beautifully.”

“Mostly clothes are very good, but my recent purchase of a skirt was a disappointment. It was supposed to be length 33" but was about 36" and came below my ankles.”

“The coat was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately it was ‘round my ankles’ and I had to return it. I just wish that it was in the petite range xx”

“Box arrived damaged, packing not good. Unusual in my experience of Hobbs. Embellishment on the Ann dress is uneven on either side. This petite dress is very long and will need altered.”
