“My purchase from Hobbs wasnt correct due to the size of the dress being labeled the wrong size, I ordered a size 8 and a size 18 was sent instead, the Carley dress label which is stiched in said size 18 & the card label said size 8, (manufacturing labelling mistake) I tried contacting Hobbs twice about this issue only to be sent a automated emails which requested me to return the item and to write a note on the retruns form about any issues. I had a refund for only the dress but no refund for the delivery cost i paid, I wrote on the returns form if i could also have a delivery cost refund, as the service hadent been fulfilled by Hobbs due to the sizing label issues, which wasnt my fault.”
