“This is the most beautiful dress. It is very long so has to be turned up. I ordered a size 14 which was a perfect fit. It was packed beautifully Would recommend , and the first class service of Hobbs.”

After my package was shipped, I received an email stating that it went with the wrong note about free returns, and that in case of a return, I would be obliged to pay for it. In my world, if the seller makes a mistake, it apologises to the customer, not try to compensate on his account.”
