Hobbs after sales is rubbish, you can’t get to speak to anyone all they are interested in is sale clothes when things go wrong they are not interested.

Hobbs delivery of thsi order was chaotic. four items in four packages from twocouriers on three days. Evri just chucking parcels in the doorstep and leaving them without evening ringing a doorbell,

Disappointed that I am waiting for the bag so that is why I have given Hobbs a 3 star. Never had a problem with delivery before so hopefully just a minor blip.

Always worth looking at the website as I've bought lots of clothes over the years. Fit is usually consistent and I particularly like the jersey dresses and sweater dresses for the autumn and winter. Patterns tend to be a bit samey though and could be modernised a bit.

Sadly, Hobbs use Evri for delivery of online orders and the parcel was not delivered to me but was left dumped in a local street, with a false 'delivered' notification sent by email. I only received it through sheer luck - a passer-by posted a picture of it on social media that my friend happened to see and tell me about. I would recommend this coat strongly but I would equally strongly advise against online orders until a different, more reliable delivery service are used. Evri's well known very poor reliability and service do not reflect well on Hobbs' reputation for quality clothing. I have attempted to bring the above to the attention of Hobbs' customer service but have had no response.

Hobbs on the whole is excellent apart from the knitwear which is too expensive compared to somewhere like Woolovers. Also the dresses are more for formal occasions.

I love the brand, the colors, the fit and the quality, but I had always bought when I travelled to London. This was the first time buying online and I never got an explanation why my order was cancelled. I also couln’t find a clear way to communicate with the brand to ask why (if it was because this coat was terminated, I could have ordered another model, but I decided not to try online again)
