“Hobbs on the whole is excellent apart from the knitwear which is too expensive compared to somewhere like Woolovers. Also the dresses are more for formal occasions.”

“I love the brand, the colors, the fit and the quality, but I had always bought when I travelled to London. This was the first time buying online and I never got an explanation why my order was cancelled. I also couln’t find a clear way to communicate with the brand to ask why (if it was because this coat was terminated, I could have ordered another model, but I decided not to try online again)”

“Hobbs went the extra mile and located the Store (York) that had the coat in my size (there was only 2 available in England) and then they held it for me to collect. It’s now known as the ‘York Coat’. I live in London.”
