“The staff in the shops are always friendly and helpful. However, on line customer service is poor. I found it extremely difficult to contact anyone regarding the status of my order. I shall be extremely reluctant to order anything on line again.”

“Had a problem with delivery and found it impossible to contact customer service. I eventually got in touch through WhatsApp. The person who I was in contact with was very helpful. I had too reorder the coat and pay again which wasn’t ideal”
