Hobbs was let down by: The delivery. Box was just chucked on the front doorstep, bell not rung, no attempt to leave in requested safe place. Box split and wet. The return. Took the coats to Covent Garden store, one was refunded the other could not be found on the system so I had to take it home, pack it up, take it to the post office and now have to wait for my refund. Shop staff very helpful and polite.

Used to purchase lots of things from Hobbs, especially for work over several years and all seasons. Really a trustworthy brand although I find the casual ranges are a bit frumpy, old fashioned and overpriced.

I normally have no problem with Hobbs. I have shopped with you in store and on line for years and I have never been treated in such a patronising way. The assistant was just rude refusing to acknowledge that Hobbs might have made a mistake. She made me feel like I had made the mistake

I have given you a 3* because of your customer service. I have been waiting for over 2 days to obtain a return address label. Used your website to do this without success. Contacted via email, this was supposed to be sent to my email, never arrived-very disappointing

Really good products and good service. Only issue is they Evri for deliveries, there was no problem with the delivery this time but I would not have ordered online had I known. Evri are not reliable and have lost parcels regularly. Will not use online again to be safe.

I have loved the clothes from Hobbs and the delivery has been great but when I encountered an issue with payment it took over a week to get a reply despite the promises of 12-48 hours response time.

I just wanted to raise the issue that there was a security tag still attached to one of the dresses in this order (Frankie jersey dress). This meant that I had to make a special journey into the Hobbs shop to have it removed. This was extremely frustrating, since I had bought the dress to wear for a particular meeting. That said, the Hobbs staff in the shop were very helpful.

I'm a big fan of Hiobbs in York. The staff are always welcoming to me as I shop there quite a bit. Always very helpful and will order anything for you if your size is not in stock.
