“I never received the package and then spend 2.5 weeks trying to get my money back. You can't speak to anyone - I would NOT recommend using Hobbs online - not a good customer experience.”

“Beautiful clothes / bags / shoes . However it’s such a shame that the recommendations on the web site for accessories to go with clothes really don’t match . For example the Ros dress recommendations for shoes and bag. The colours simply do not match , which is so disappointing and waste of time. For a company like Hobbs with little competition, this could be so much better.”

“Easy to order on website - confirmation received straight away and contacted by delivery provider on route though left box in rain (good job the satin blouses were packaged in plastic sleeves so only the box was damaged)”

“I ordered two items the sane in two sizes. I received one pair of trousers and a top I did not order. Returned items to a store who could not accept the return. Had to return by post”

“The dress is really beautiful with exquisite rose flowers. Will wear it for the birthday celebration this summer. Delivery was fast. 4 stars for packaging--the delicate silk dress was wrapped in two pieces of tissue paper, no bag or hanger. Luckily, it didn't get ruined or soiled upon arrival, with all the wet snow in my area.”
