“Hobbs used to be my go-to shop, and I still like the clothes. However, all nearby stores ( and most of the ones in London) have disappeared, and those that remain have limited stock. It would be fine to buy online if Hobbs employed a reliable courier. However, Hobbs uses Evri. My last parcel arrived not at the advised time (already 2 days late) but after dark the following day, and was left in the mud outside the gate on a public road, instead of being delivered to the house, or indeed the adjoining 'safe place" where Evri claims it was delivered. While the box was wet and filthy, happily the clothes inside were wrapped in plastic - so a bit damp but not ruined.”

“Nice clothes and shoes. However, shoe sizes vary depending on the style. It would be a good idea to consider half sizes as well. I wear a size 4 in shoes, and not all shoes fit me the same.”

“Had an issue with my first order, found it hard to phone Customer services, but use the chat on their home page which eventually helped me with my order as it never got dispatched and was out of stock which I never got notified about so I could get a refund . Eventually I found my size online by luck and managed to return the coat with no issue . Disappointed I never got the right size as it’s a beautiful coat .”
