“The dress is really beautiful with exquisite rose flowers. Will wear it for the birthday celebration this summer. Delivery was fast. 4 stars for packaging--the delicate silk dress was wrapped in two pieces of tissue paper, no bag or hanger. Luckily, it didn't get ruined or soiled upon arrival, with all the wet snow in my area.”

“I purchased a pair of gloves as a gift for my wife. When she tried them on there was a large hole where the stitching had failed. When I contacted Hobbs to explain I received an automated reply from a bot stating 'it sounds like you want to make a return.' I have returned the gloves and will have to wait for a refund before purchasing a repllacement, there is no exchange option for online purchases. Customer service is non existent and it was extremely disappointing for my wife to open a gift in such shabby condition.”

“I have a navy one which I love. Sadly the yew green one arrived with a hole in it on the shoulder. Currently the matter is with customer services. Having worn the brown one once, I was just ironing it and noticed a hole in the left shoulder of this jumper. So disappointed. I will not be buying these again unless I can try on instore to check for holes”
