“The trousers were absolutely gorgeous but I returned them due to the sizing. The 12 was way too big around the waist but I felt the 10 would be too tight on the hips. Shame because they really were lovely trousers”

“I ordered and paid for a pair of earrings on line, the earrings where due in store on the 4th January so I travelled 45mins to get to my nearest store only to be told the earrings hadn't arrived, the assistant said they would be in later in the week but a couple of days later I was informed by my bank that id been refunded this money, no explanation or email from Hobbs So not a good service at all”

I have had a look into this and unfortunately the order was cancelled due no stock being available but you definitely should have received an email to notify of this so I do apologise that you did not. “I purchased a gift card from Hobbs for my Wife's Christmas present. Although the card arrived at the store in time, i would have prefered that the shop had the cards in store, rather than buying on-line then having to collect from the store.”

“Usually excellent. This time the green Tresco jumper arrived very very creased and required a thorough steam iron, hence only the four stars. The style and fit of this 'Regular' cropped jumper is just right for me as at 5'2" I'm a Petite and it is the first Hobbs jumper that fits as I would wish it to. The long ribbed cuffs are ideal too as they turn up beautifully.”
