“The staff in any Hobbs shops I have visited (York, Leeds, Harrogate) have always been exceptionally helpful. From helping me choose styles to giving honest feedback I have asked for. They never try to sell me something that doesn’t fit properly and are extremely helpful tracking down alternative sizes.”

“I am 5' 2" and 130 LBS, I bought a size 8 and it fits perfectly. The fabric is just right and it looks great with either blue or white trousers. A dressy blouse that elevates an outfit.”

“These were not as expected. I wear size 6 and the capri pants were too loose at hips and thighs and were not stylish at all. Sorry to say I was very disappointed as have purchased other Hobbs items without problems.”

“I’m looking for mother of bride dress in petite. Difficult to put outfit together when no petite sizes available in your high street shops. Love quality of the materials used in your clothing.”

“Having purchased this item in store found at home all the gold buttons were scratched. I purchased a new one online via customer services and returned the faulty one. They received this on the 10/04 and as of today 24/4 still no refund of £80 something or any communication. I know via tracking they received it and I’ve emailed since but no reply . I’m extremely disappointed. The new replacement cardigan still had 2 faulty buttons. Manufacturing fault. Very poor service. Phone lines not open after 1 pm dispite what their website says. Will be phoning on 28/4 . Sorry to have to write all this but I’m very disappointed.”
