“I like Hobbs clothing & have many dresses, a jacket, shoes, handbags & a belt & all good quality. The website for ordering is easy to use but could be better with actual garment measurements for each piece of clothing which would help prevent returned goods.”

“I absolutely love the Audrey jumper- I have three of them. They are warm but still stylish. I buy most of my clothes from Hobbs nowadays- I know they will be well made and good quality. They are ideal for work or for casual wear.”

“Box arrived damaged, packing not good. Unusual in my experience of Hobbs. Embellishment on the Ann dress is uneven on either side. This petite dress is very long and will need altered.”

“For me important is a good quality and true sizes, I can find this in Hobbs products. Normally i don't use it as most of the pieces are more for mature ladies (it's my opinion) would not suits me but after buying this elegant dress with a jacket for work I am impressed and bought more pieces including jewellery. Will now be checking more this brand especially on sale!”

“I ordered this jumper and paid for next day delivery. It did not arrive for a week. By this time I was away on holiday. Despite asking the courier to leave it with neighbours it was left on my doorstep in the pouring rain for several days despite courier saying it had been posted through neighbour’s letterbox. My neighbour says it smells bad. I am extremely unhappy. Hobbs is a premium brand and I expected better service from you. I’ve tried to complain but have had no reply. I will not be ordering from you again.”
