“I purchased this coat online on the 29/12 for my daughter’s birthday…however it never arrived and not due to Hobbs at all but to EVRI again!! I wasn’t able to track my parcel and the last communication I received from EVRI was 31/12. I then contacted the Hobbs Customer Care and Riannan responded immediately to say that Hobbs would follow up with EVRI but they never got a response either. The money was refunded but unfortunately I cannot repurchase the coat as it’s sold out. Such a pity as I was so excited to gift our daughter this coat. If I’d known that EVRI was doing the delivery I would’ve opted to collect the coat from the closest store. I just want to thank Hobbs for their professionalism and speedy response.”
