Extremely upset and disappointed in the way my dress came, the wrapper that was dress was wrapped in was damaged and made the dress creased in the bag and it wasn't on a hanger also, I will definitely not order again , I contacted customer service, not a good response.

The dress was lovely, fantastic matterial, soft . the pattern was great, the only problem as far as I was concerned was the red flower, they stood out , I am not a fan of ref clothing or on clothing.

I have a Blake linen jacket with one button , hoped this jacket would be more or less the same in a different colour .But it had 2 buttons and much longer and looked like a mans suit jacket!

As compared with other brands, Hobbs' returns leave much to be desired. I returned an unsuitable dress by post on 30th April - one week later, I have NOT received any notifications from Hobbs. I am attaching the Post Office receipt here. If I don't hear immediately from Hobbs, I shall be posting a negative review on Truspilot.

Had a wonderful experience at Hobbs shop in Edinburgh, the lady that looked after me couldn't do enough and made my visit feel like I was very important, I was very impressed, I would definitely recommend this shop.

Gorgeous dress, but I had to send it back unfortunately. Runs really big. I am size 10 and I gained a little weight lately and still size 8 was so big. I looked like a bag of potatoes :). I ordered 8 as you are advised that it runs big. I was sorry, as the dress is really pretty.

I was disappointed when I visited the Morpeth store. The assistant constantly moaned asking why I ordered them online and did I not realise it would be have better for the store if I had ordered them there. She was not the most welcoming

I love Hobbs clothes. I have coats, jackets, dresses, tops, skirts purchased over several years. I even have a pair of shoes and raincoat. I usually wait for a price reduction before purchasing. I am lucky to live near to the new shop at Fosse Park, Leicester.

Im very sorry to say that my first purchase was a great disappointment. It arrived completely creased on 27 April. I left it to hang for a few days to see if creases fell out, no they did not. It was dry clean only. However, I tried to gently press the garment - even this did not work. Due to the neck line cross over and the zip at the rear I could not get the garment to look presentable. I would therefore kindly ask for either a replacement or a refund. The event to which I was hoping to wear it is this coming weekend thats why Im so disappointed. My order no. was 18887187. Extremely disappointed in my overall experience with Hobbs on this occasion. The dress was bundled into a small bag, buttons opened and very creased. It did not look like a new dress. I had to send the dress to be pressed to try and remove the creases as it was ordered for a family occasion and I paid the extra charge for express postage to receive it on time. It’s a very wide fitting dress, with side pockets. I have bought many items from Hobbs and have been pleased with my purchases in the past. For this reason I felt like it was a safe purchase but it was not. I would describe the dress as quite baggy in style.
