“Both The Chester and York branch staff were amazing Ensuring I received the best help possible with my purchase of the Montana suede jacket My local Chester store didn’t have my size but located one in the York store (as out of stock online) Kirsty at the York branch sent it on to Chester for me to try.. both branches kept me well informed, of when sent, and of its arrival A huge thank you to Kirsty and Sue”

“The jacket was stuffed into a box far too small for it and so it arrived very creased. I paid for next day delivery as I wanted to avoid the dreaded Evri, however, it would seem that Evri is now the courier of choice and my parcel (the cardboard box) was left outside my front door in the rain. Adding insult to injury, the jacket was missing a button and had a security tag attached!!!! I had to make a trip to a Hobbs store to have it removed. I'm unimpressed. Needless to say, I won't be tempted again.”

“I really love Hobbs. The styles are exactly what I love. Although so many of the dresses are well made and hang nicely, the price point is much too high for fabrics like polyester. The silks are beautiful though.”

“My shoe order was unsuitable as it wasn’t clear that the loafers were fur lined. However, Hobbs were happy to refund the purchase price without hassle. Hobbs is one of my favourite stores in Leeds.”

“This dress is perfect for any occasion, and will not let you down. It's difficult to actually put into words how wearing it feels, as it's just pure pleasure. The fabric is sheer luxury and just wraps you up joy. It's a beautiful style, that falls into a lovely shape. This is a dress you won't regret buying.”

“The jumper bobbled in less than a day of wearing . I wrote to customer service to ask for a refund and was initially told that this was normal and I should buy a shaving tool. I complained again and asked for my complaint to be escalated. I was then told I could have a refund. Poor quality product and poor customer service.”
