“Sadly the beautful dress puckered as apparently occasional 'bad' product sent picture and return agreed end April still not reimbursed or had dress returned. I want to repurchase but stock running low.”

“Shop assistants in Meadowhall should be retrained. Every time I go to the shop is like a funeral, nobody smiles and the service feels robotic and lifeless. Maybe that’s what the management wants or maybe I should stop shopping there.”

“My dress arrived on time and was packed very well. Very happy with my dress and this is the second dress I have bought from Hobbs. Love both of them and look forward to buying more when I see any more I like but they must have three quarter sleeves or long enough to cover my arms.”

“The dress was ok but too big. Returning from the US seems to be impossible. I have been sent 3 different waybills - all invalid so I cant arrangle for DHL pickup. I have been assured by an AI bot that this has been "escalated" - Twice. Still no working return label. It would be refreshing to actually talk to a human being, perhaps they could figure out how to accomplish a return.”
