I would love to review my coat order but as you haven't delivered it 10 days after I ordered it and there is no sign of when it is coming..... tricky to review anything other than your very poor online service.

I can not review something i never received Also I do not recommend any US person to order from Hobbs unless it’s in store where they can speak to someone by phone or face to face, I never received my package even though they claimed it was delivered and package was never delivered Went through video regarding delivery time and day that they claimed the package was delivered and no trace of DHL anywhere in that video, try reaching them by email but I’m now being ignore and no help so over since i can’t reach no one, ready to file a lawsuit on that company.

Excellent quality and styles to meet all requirements. However the coat I am returning was too small and the size up was unavailable. I was further put off in this case by a shopping list found in one of the pockets which led me to believe that the coat had been worn- perhaps a sealed tag on the outside zip would avoid this situation in future. I have kept the shopping list as proof.

You failed to deliver to dress and it was ordered on the 15/12 and you pushed the delivery back to 29/12 at the earliest. You member of staff in the live chat on the 22/12 did not come in contact with me after they spoke with your warehouse to let me know what is happening and they failed to pass on my number to your store in Silverburn in Glasgow to give me a call and put the item aside as they had it in stock. Also my follow up messages on your Whats app were ignored. If you can not Deliver on time items customers bought 9 days before Christmas, you should be Not taking any orders for a start and you should Not be promising Christmas Deliveries if a customer orders by 2pm on Monday 22/12! Very poor delivery service and handling of the situation, it became more about the sales for you as a company.
