“Number plate was not recognised on our exit and £248 charge came up.... When we pressed for assistance they did not recognise the plate either so had to find the booking reference.... in all added 20 minutes on our exit”

“We always use sentinel parking at Leeds Bradford airport. Always the same great service, it certainly can't be bettered so quick and the wonderful service with a smile what more can you ask. Thank you.”

“When we arrived at the hotel.we were told they did not have our booking,so we were given a twin room which was freezing cold , very outdated and not a pleasant stay..When we arrived back at the long stay car park we went to leave through the barrier, it came up we owed £20. We called for assistance and we're told you have only booked seven nights instead of 8 nights. Luckily I had a message on my phone to prove I had booked 8 nights. Very poor experience.”
