“Hotel good location basic food menu food was avarge not much choice”

“Very disappointed for a first experience. we booked in advance, even paid for extra time incase flight was delayed, yet when we went to collect our car we were not let out and told we owed £160????. We were there 5 days, I hate to think what the cost would have been it had been 2 weeks. We contacted assistance who eventually sorted it out but it’s not what you want or need when you just come back off a nice holiday, especially when the parking was all booked and payed for in advance .”

“Sofitel hotel was very comfortable and convenient for LGW N.and car drop off easy with Maple meet and greet.It went away clean and shiny but on pick up it looked as if it had been driven over a ploughed field and the driver's carpet no better. It could have been cleaned up a bit in my view before delivery back to the customer and as it stands,they have lost a regular customer.”

“Prices are quite reasonable, very easy to book transfers from anywhere. Immediate confirmation sent by emails of complete transfer. Like the idea the taxi driver makes contact the day beforehand to introduce themselves with their name/ model of car/registration no of vehicle so not just anyone can jump into your taxi, driver will wait up to 1 hour at airport incase of delays, confidence in driver is key! Happy to recommend and will be using again”

“Very easy to find drop off car and 2 min walk to Clayton Hotel, Hotel excellent, room clean bed fab longe food excellent, Hotel shuttle too terminal 2 all good and easy plus free. dropped 1 star and really very picky just had to wait 15 -20 mins for shuttle bus back but probs just unlucky and just missed one, plus very busy, once it did arrive service was excellent and friendly. Getting keys and finding car very easy. Will def use again anytime flying from Manchester and have already recommend to family member flying in march.”
