“Good service overall. I'm having to wait for my car even though I call promptly, and I'm always left with a piece of paper stuck to the windscreen and a muddy paper protector on the floor. Why aren't these taken out?”

“This was the first time we used Drop and Go at Manchester and would definitely do so again. The staff were very patient and friendly talking you through check in and it worked seamlessly. A minibus was waiting to take us to the terminal and we walked back to the car park as it is no distance. Unlike other operators there is some leeway if your return flight is delayed”

“Excellent all round.. in fact best meet and greet we've ever used and we've tried most UK Airports. Friendly helpful staff. The machine to photograph the car gives a far better confidence the car will be returned in same condition.”

“We parked for a month and the price was good. Found the car park relatively easily and parked up in front of reception. However, I would never use Cophall parking again. Staff at the reception desk on arrival and later when collecting the car were surly, rude and unhelpful. When we picked up our car after a month the whole of the front, the wheels, wheel arches and underneath was caked in mud. It looked like it had been driven over a very muddy field. Didn't bother to complain to the staff in the office as I knew there was no point. Next time will go with Purple Parking. Ps. The bus drivers who took us to and from the airport were very friendly.”

“Hotel was very clean, lovely staff and just what we needed to relax before our holiday. £18.50 advertised taxi fare was increased to about £25 just because it was an estate car which was naughty but otherwise all good.”
