“Early morning flight from Newcastle and car drop off was completed quickly and efficiently - in the terminal with in 5 minutes. On return circa 7pm the keys were handed over and we left the car pack with in 5 minutes - Fantastic service”

“It is perfect for T5 at Heathrow, only 4mins to transfer. Dropping off and picking up was easy, I would happily use Maple parking in the future.”

“The access road to the carpark is badly lit but other than that the service was prompt and well organised. It's also very close to the airport.”

“No problems at all dropping car off. On return I had a wait of half an hour for my car which was slightly unexpected but that’s all. Very busy. However, overall, I will use service again.”

“We booked one night with 8-days parking and the entire transaction was seamless. Easy, trouble-free free parking, a prompt and friendly welcome, and we were in our room in no time! Used Twilight Check-In at the airport and after dropping our cases off we turned to the hotel for an early dinner. Excellent service, food was okay. A good night's sleep before a very early flight - but time for breakfast. Once again, I was impressed, very good selection and the lovely Jeannie really cheered me up. I was not feeling too well, and she gave me some well-meaning helpful suggestions. All in all, a great stay!”

“Fabulous hotel but really needs a ramp or lift down to the parking area..I struggled up a spiral staircase with my bags. The price of a G and T is ludicrously high. But staff were lovely as was the breakfast. Great for people watching.”
