“We hoped to have a restful breakfast. Instead we queued for 30 minutes. Staff then put up a sign to say the room was full. We had to beg to be allowed in because we had a young baby with us and the mother wanted to sit down and eat. We had 10 minutes to eat before going to the gate. A complete waste of time and money.”

“We arrived for an early 6am flight and the app took us to the middle of nowhere on airport. It was wet and dark and no one was around to ask for help. Absolutely scary. We drove aimlessly about for 15 minutes worried to death. Then finally saw a sign for Express parking and got parked. The entrance had been moved. Get some better signage and sort out the app for directions. Dreadful. Staff were polite and courteous.”

“Meet and greet booked for terminal 3 Maple/purple parking good price for 11 nights, excellent service, easy to deal with, easy drop off and car almost ready on return, 2 min wait but i actually think they didn’t realise it had come back 😂 The car had not gone many miles. Close to Hotel for overnight stay. It was difficult to book online the meet and greet with the flight not till the next day, the computer didn’t want to take it, and kept wanting to email me to put the flight in!! Apart from that HE easy to deal with. Double booked a trip but cancelled one on the app and got an refund email, voucher only, but with option to get a full refund within a week, so took that, and was refunded within 3 days.”

“Not home yet as flight out delayed, tried to amend on a chat with you but was finally just told to pay the excess as I couldn’t get hold of anyone at Manchester M&G. My daughter had to ring them so hopefully there will be no problems when we return on Sunday. Have had no problems previously which is why we always use you but the first time I had an issue you were not helpful”
