“I booked a double room at the Hilton including tea. We got two single beds and had to show the payment made a number of times to get a voucher for tea. Tea was limited compared to a lovely wider menu but managed to get a slight change after discussion.”

“The booking process was straightforward forward even when I needed a to alter it. The hotel is easy to get to. The rooms are more than adequate (not 5 star) for what you want. The restaurant food was good but the bar a bit pricey. The big plus is the staff, all very friendly and helpful.”

“Finding the short stay car park was easy and straightforward, like the previous customer I find the loyalty discounts non existent as I have bern using this facility for a number of years. I would have thought a small discount wouldn’t ho amiss ?”
