“Easy to park at the Short Run car park for Birmingham airport. Spaces are either on tarmac or gravelled area and looked like a there is a generous capacity. Shuttle bus to the terminal takes less than 10 minutes. Sat nav got confused but eventually found the place after it has re-routed. Not cheap to park though.”

“Staying at the Thistle hotel was fine but parking was a bit more difficult as spaces were not easy to find and we ended up driving round the other car park areas before finding a space. The POD system worked well and it was easy to get to T5 and getting back to the hotel from T5 also worked well.”

“Everything good plenty busses to take you to terminal the returning bus was full so the driver got another one to be diverted from his original route to come to our route to save any wait,”

“Travel insurance is one of vital necessities of going on holiday even though I have never had to make a claim I would be too worried to go on holiday without it. Like many other things in life you have to have it just in case, it doesn’t matter how much it costs if you need it it would probably cost a lot more if you need to claim and you don’t have it”

“Not clear directions to find the car park. Very expensive service During the check in all was fine but at the check out the lady who handled me the keys treated me like her employee and certainly not as a client”

“The car park when we found it was absolutely fine, but the directions to it on the Holiday extras app is incorrect and took us to a road that is cordoned off with cones and not the entrance to the carpark booked. This resulted in us having to drive in what we later learned was an area who couldn’t pull over in to ask some work men for assistance in finding the car park!. We were literally there less than a minute and an airport parking staff member opened a barrier to let us out. He appeared to be doing the same for a car in front of us. We then returned home 10-11 days after this to a £100 fine and photos of the car on the letter, saying we weren’t supposed to stop there. We are not local to the area, don’t know the airport and to be honest weren’t too impression with LBA. My partner has tried to contact those who issued the fine but they will not drop the fine. What can we do please?. I followed the directions on your app through my booking and it was incorrect!.”

“In the past we used the jet parks ringway parking, but after getting fed up with long wait times for the busses to collect you at the arrivals stop we decided to use the meet & greet. It’s worth that extra bit of money, hassle free, very efficient. We will be using this service whenever we fly from Manchester.”
