“Holiday Inn (with holiday parking) was fantastic. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the restaurant and bar were superb and the rooms were excellent. Taxi service to airport the next morning was effortless. Will definitely use again.”

“I always use the Park Smart carpark at Liverpool Airport and never experience any issues. The only reason I gave 3 star's was because I believe it is far too expensive. Within a couple of year's the price has doubled in all forms of car parking at the Airport and I feel it's totally unjustified.”

“Easy to book Maple parking at Gatwick airport. Just one thing, the instructions to the carpark should state that the entrance is almost immediately past the Sofitel hotel, because we missed it first time due to so many people walking past the entrance. Not much of a problem we just had to drive round again. With number plate recognition, we didn't even have to take a ticket. We also booked a room at Premier Inn as a package with the parking, this was good too. Checking in was a bit slow as it was all self service and lots of people were checking in and some of the machines didn't seem to be working properly. There were staff to help out which was good.”

“Lovely comfortable hotel, nice clean room. Easy check-in & booked our evening meal. Easy to find Jetparks 3 carpark & jumped aboard the shuttle bus to take us to the terminal where we walked to the hotel. Arrival home, caught shuttle outside terminal 3& picked up car. Will definitely use again.”

“Hotel asked me to pay an extra £76 when I arrived even though I’d payed in full online. Turns out there was an issue with their system. So I am glad I refused to pay until It was looked in to. When I got into the room there was an initial smell of cigarettes and then further in to the room there was the over whelming smell of an air freshener. I couldn’t find a plug in so assuming it was sprayed on the carpets or something. It was a sickly floral smell that gave me a headache. Room a bit tatty, and hairs in the bath. Counter top in the bathroom broken.”

“Because I have a small van, I was penalised and extra £75 for parking at purple car park. So what seemed like a good deal, ended up costing me £168 for 6 days parking. I could have parked walking distance from the airport for less than that. So disappointing.”
