“Radisson Hotel was very nice. Hoppa return shuttle bus was on the hour & not every 30 minutes as stated on ticket, which resulted in a long wait late at night.”

“Car parking at Luton. Long delay before being collected from airport on return. Then couldn't find car in huge somewhat disorientating car park. Own fault, but it should be essential to advise customers to note exactly where their car is parked on arrival - before leaving on the minibus to go to the airport.”

“I always use holiday extras for parking and have never had many issues. This time it was Ibis budget at Manchester T2 with parking. Not overly convenient parking for Ibis, you checked in and then took your car to another car park, pavement was out of action so it meant walking on the road to get there. No pedestrian exit from the car park so had to squeeze through gap at the side of barriers. On return car had moved 3 miles and had been repaired by someone just having past their test recently and was overhanging the space both side and back. I was not told that anyone would drive the car or move it ( it was only moved by one row). Not good and not recommended. This car park is also used by holiday inn bookings.”

“Silver zone parking went like clockwork. Easy to book, bus took us to and from airport promptly. Car waiting ready for us with zone number on key fob so found the car very easily. Automated key drop which is ok, staff there to help if you had problem etc. My only negative is that it is quite expensive even after getting a discount. Would still use again though as convenient. I also liked the fact that they don’t drive your car offsite but just move to different area.”

“Easy to book holiday express at Birmingham, overnight stay with breakfast and parking for 12 days. Easy to drive to, hotel clean and staff friendly good choice for breakfast a good start to our holiday. Taxi to the airport was £20 which as its not far was expensive only charged £13 on our return. We would use this hotel again.”

“The car park was easy to find, staff were fast and efficient. The bus arrived promptly and plenty of room. On the return the driver John (said some people know him as Mack) was excellent, really helpful to everyone and went the extra mile. Overall really good experience”

“We booked In2 car parking for a Liverpool airport flight. Easy booking system, clear instructions, clear directions. Happy with the car park. Friendly staff, quick transfer via mini bus and quick pick up too on return. Would use both companies again”

“booked the plaza express north at gatwick airport , staff were rude, breakfast was cold and hardly any drink selection - walked out after 10 mins as was so disgusted with the place. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - WASTE OF MONEY”
