“Easy to book hotel with parking. Hotel very good. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Safe car parking and even though we were delayed on our return there was no extra charge.”

“Used the airport parking. Very easy to locate parking area,taxi was already there waiting for us and easy 15 min transfer to port. Rang taxi company when we had our luggage and only waited about 5 minutes for it to arrive and take us back to the parking area. Will definitely use again.”

“Incorrect information sent on email. Detail stated to attend booth 11, however this was incorrect and we had to ask numerous people and eventually found out that we needed to go to 19 which was for TUI, even though we weren’t booked with TUi. Not what you want to be dealing with late at night.”
