“The process was fairly easy on arrival. However finding the bus on the way back was tricky with a couple of us ending up in wrong car parks, all we need to know is to head for bus stop 11 but the paperwork didn't mention it. Finally finding the car in a huge car park was not easy, it would be so easy if they just had bay numbers.”

“The hotel parking is abysmal! There is never any parking spots available! People have to dump their cars up on grass verges, on pavements/walk ways & even parked up on the kirb on the entrance on the way out! I then came back to my car damaged!”

“I collected my vehicle after coming back from holiday in the early hours of Saturday morning to find my vehicle covered in cement. The company claim they are not liable for the damages but the reckless use of chemicals near my vehicle says otherwise. This is now going to cost me a lot of money to fix as my vehicle now needs respraying. The company should have signs up or at least warned customers about the risk of this kind of damage. My vehicle was also not the only one that this had happened to and if they do not find a way to fix this I will be taking matters further.”

“The hotel and parking was ace so convenient as the carpark was across the road, however when getting to our destination I was told I’d be greeted by a person with my name for my hire car which I wasn’t I had to search for him after a phone call. Also I ordered an estate as there was four of us and I got a small suv which was underpowered and to small for our cases so we had to squeeze in.”

“In general we were very happy with the service, one thing that was really annoying was when we arrived at the airport there was a sign that simply read meet and greet on level one, when we drove in we were told that holiday extras was up a level, so we had to pay £19.50 to get out of level one to go up to holiday extras. The sign should explain that purple parking and holiday extras are on different levels, we were travelling with another couple that also had to pay £19.50. That's scandalous, that was the only thing that put a dampener on the parking.”

“No problem with checking in or with hotel. However when I was collecting my disability van it was parked so close to a building and no room to get the wheelchair in I had to move it and stopped all traffic in the pouring rain just to get in”

“Ibis hotel at Manchester was brilliant so clean n great location how ever maple car park was awful we had to walk half a mile for car with luggage on an awful gravel road..we waited to be picked up after our flight for 45 mins”

“No seats available waiting for a wheelchair at EMA departing for Antalya. Only 3 seats at Antalya for assistance and all full. Waited standing for 20 minutes. Antalya assistance expected a tip getting my wife through check-in to departure lounge.”
