“So easy to park your car at Manchester, the staff are very helpful, customer service is good very quick to reply when the terminal was changed. We had to wait for the bus on arrival but only a few minutes before you get to your car. We have used this service a few times now with no problems.”

“Very easy to set things up and even better to experience a trouble free experience. No problems with the parking or the hotel. The staff were pleasant and courteous, the rooms were comfortable and quiet. The only downside side is that the parking is under trees and in the winter the parking area could be susceptible to puddles whilst the trees may shed foliage in the autumn.”

“I'm used to their system as I have used them many times at Newcastle airport so I would obviously rate them very highly. Everything works very well. I can't comment o other airports however.”

“It was easy to book and easy to use the car park. You just drive up to the barrier at short stay 2, and take a ticket and find a parking space. Then it's a few minutes to walk to the terminal. On return place your ticket into the slot on the barrier and it will open.”

“I have used Holiday Extras for a transfer from Palma airport a number of times and have always been happy, until this recent trip. We had to wait an hour on a very hot bus and then were dropped some distance from the Hotel in Puerto Pollensa because the driver said it was too difficult to navigate the roads. We were appalled to see a number of coaches dropping off right outside the door. Made very difficult for my disabled brother.”

“Shirt stay car park was just opposite the terminal so perfect with big suitcases. I renewed my insurance for the year with Holiday Extras and it’s so simple”

“Hotel was awful, rooms not cleaned sufficiently and was outdated, receptionist was not around for about 10 minutes waiting to check in. No one supports arranging the taxi to and from airport, just a list of recommended taxis, this is not explained on your website. I don’t wish to leave bad reviews but this hotel is not worthy of any stars and this includes lack of customer service.”

“Great service. Never been to M&G Liverpool but worked really well. Because our flight was delayed in the middle of the night, there was no one to drop my car off at airport car park but main depot is only 5mins walk, so still quicker than alternatives.”
