“Easy lovely staff and the transfer bus was simple to use … maybe think of the luggage rack height etc in some cases people were struggling to lift their cases”

“Parking was good but the airport lounge was very poor Booked the lounge few days before travel and were not told it was closed Put in the lounge next door very poor.”

“Always polite friendly. My only thing was gatwick north terminal way back home driver did not wait till eone sat down i was on crutches he pulled off did not wait till seated , this just health safety purpose wait to people seated before pulling away.”

“We booked car parking at Stansted and then a taxi from airport and back at our destination. Very impressed especially with the language barrier in foreign country. This is the second time I’ve used holiday extras and are impressed”

“Stanhill Court Hotel provided a very comfortable stay at a very good price which included safe parking whilst we flew from Gatwick. The staff were very friendly and food was rapidly served in the restaurant at a reasonable price and good quality. The hotel is an ex country house,full of character,the bathrooms have been renewed and are excellent with the latest showers and fittings.”
