“All went pretty smoothly. The only thing missing on collection was which bay to find our car in, which is usually provided. We found the car by pressing the unlock button and seeing where the lights flashed”

“I've used this service a few times now but this time was poor on a time keeping basis. The bus did not come for over 20 minutes which meant a lot more people in the queue. Staff are great for key tagging and information but the bus driver was rude when they did finally arrive. It was early hours so traffic could not be to blame.”

“Got to car park at 3.00 am was told someone would come to assist us so we stood outside with a 4 year old child.The staff stood talking together the weather was very cold after 15 minutes I had to approach them to see what was happening.On our return I paid for delayed return when I approached one of the staff he promptly told me you have 7 minutes to leave the car park not very impressed to say the least rude and basically ignorant!!!!”

“It was ok Struggled on the hardcore moving cases from car parked on it . Hard to find due to road works and navigations on diversion which wasn’t the car parks fault . I wouldn’t use this car park again sorry to say .”

“Have used holiday extras for meet and greet parking a number of times, and will continue to. Drive in park up, hand keys in. What’s not to like, return go to reception pick keys up, you get a map of were car is, nice friendly staff. Keep it up.”

“All worked very well, nice hotel, car park can be a bit short of space but you will normally find something. Slight delay leaving the car park due to the need to get checked out of the car park at reception.”

“Having had our flight delayed by 3.5hrs I was anxious that we have issues leaving the car park. However we had no issues at all. Did not even have use the ticket. Worry over nothing - Thank you”

“We normally book inside close to the airport but it had gone so expensive this time booked at jet 3. It’s better ti just walk across as you have to allow extra time to catch the bus back especially if you just miss one.,same coming back. Next year I will book a taxi I think.”
