“The driver who collected us at Gatwick to take us to our hotel near Heathrow was waiting for us and contacted us to give us his location at Gatwick. Once we met he insisted in pushing to luggage trolly to his vehicle and we had a smooth journey to LHR. It all worked very well.”

“Missed our fligh due to accident ,, Paid £130 for car park and told no refund dispite not useing our booking , Would not allow us to change the date for the new flights ,, Very unfair and just want the cash .”

“You do not get three hours as they class it from boarding gates open time not flight departure time. I had to put a jacket on as I was wearing a casual crested football shirt (Not an actual football shirt) Food average standard, alcohol, not much choice!”

“Nice environment. Restaurant made the effort to ensure my wife had a gluten free evening meal as my wife is a celiac. Many thanks to the chef and the head waitress. Breakfast chef a little less cooperative, but fortunately no symtoms after breakfast. Comfortable bed, surprisingly quiet, must be well insulated. Left the car in the hotel car park for the week and all was well.”

“My family and I used the T2 Meet & Greet service with a stay at the Holiday Inn Express before our holiday and it was brilliant. Dropping the car off was so easy and stress free and we were so close to the airport for dropping our cases in. It started our holiday off on a stress free footing! Something I highly value with two little ones in tow!”

“Was able to stay overnight at the Luton Hilton Hampton and park the car there for two weeks while away - at a reasonable price. Very convenient for the airport - just a stop away via Dart (£4.90 per person) from the adjacent station. Instructions for the car park were out of date - the Hilton has modernised and all worked smoothly with no need for a ticket.”
