“We used The Cambridge Hotel overnight with parking. A favourite of ours for some years and delighted it has reopened again. Service is very good and the shuttle bus works slickly. The Restaurant is also worth trying.”

“Overall everything has gone well with meet and greet and I'm impressed with the service. However on my recent holiday I had to book an early flight home. 3 different web sites including holiday extras gave me the same contact phone number. This was incorrect and I couldn't contact them to say I was coming home early. The system needs updating because the phone number required is on the key receipt that is given when the vehicle is dropped off. I didn't think to look at the receipt, because of this I had to wait while my car was collected. Otherwise brilliant service.”

“Super simple system, parked up and on the transfer bus to terminal within 5 minutes. Our return journey was just as good, helpful driver, and our car was literally ready and waiting. Easy to find location...would definitely use again”

“Poor booking experience. Had to contact customer service to get my booking confirmed, which was both frustrating and time wasting. The booking information forwarded to the car park was incorrect and gave the reference number in place of my car registration number. I had supplied this correctly when making my booking. This meant that I was not able to enter or exit the car park automatically and had to contact car park customer support at the gate on both occasions. Again, both frustrating and time wasting.”

“I booked a Speedy Shuttle service from Heraklion Airport to Stalis. When I received I received no information on where to find this. Eventually I found a taxi driver had been instructed to take me to Stalis. This was fine and I was pleased. However, for my return journey I received NO information at all on my journey. I phoned every number on your paperwork but no one answered. This meant my last day was spoiled by the stress and worry of this. Eventually I discovered from Orbis that a taxi would collect me at 8pm for my flight. I feel that your admin system is not very efficient and caused me needless worry.”
