“Easy to book in my car. Not sure why they state to call 1/2 before though as just got an automated message, especially when you state what time you will be arriving when booking!
Only a 5 min wait upon my return.”
“Everything was straightforward. Dropped off car, 5 minute walk into the terminal building. On return I called after clearing immigration and the car was waiting for me when I got back to the main car park. No complaints, would use again.”
“No issue with Holiday Extras - just Bristol Airport. Ongoing works has resulted in a long and arduous climb from the car park to check-in desks. All outside with no shelter after leaving the car park. Entirely unsuitable for anyone with limited mobility. My wife and I are both 75 and fit for our age - but certain didn’t expect such a long and exposed trek. The very expensive cost of the multi story car park was surely to enhance access to the terminal rather than making it much worse that previously?”
“Newcastle parking walkable long stay was fine. However, asking a question about the parking plus hotel combination was impossible. Holiday Extras were totally unhelpful.”
“For parking for Luton Airport offsite (Slip End) the Airparks self park that we used was easy to locate and well organised and good value for money. There were no delays in the transfer bus either way and we were back on the road home without any delay. On this occasion I make a mistake in the dates in my initial reservation, but this was quickly and easily amended”
“Value for money especially if one books in advance. Car is photographed on arrival booking in easy buses run frequently to the airport and the return process is just as efficient.”
“This trip my car wasn’t splashed with mud as it had been previously. Also the bus driver left the airport with only the bus half full ( nobody waiting) instead of waiting until the bus was uncomfortably crammed full . This makes such a difference when you are tired and you have large luggage to look after .”

- why don’t you use paper mats for footwells on customer cars?
- why don’t you your drivers change everything the seat position and steering wheel?”
“I advance booked a 7 day stay in T2 West multi storey park. No problems on arrival but when leaving 7 days later I drove up to the exit barrier, expecting my reg to be recognised and the barrier to lift. It didn’t.
The display screen showed only a video loop saying “insert token”. I didn’t have a token so I decided to reverse out and try a different barrier . This was not as easy as I thought, the traffic was heavy, the light was poor and the the gap narrow. I got too close to the guard rail and scratched the paintwork on my near side door. When I finally arrived at the control panel I found the same token video playing. This panel had a button labelled “talk” so I called the operator who asked for my registration number before releasing me.
All in all, a sad end to my holiday.☹️”
