“No seats available upon arrival. One beer choice only so if you didn’t like that……tough. Wine choice very poor, and poor quality. Food average and miserable staff. For nearly £100 for 2 people there are far better, cheaper places to go with far more selection. Avoid.”

“Excellent service for airport transfers. Driver messaged directly on landing and despite taking about an hour to get through passport control at Faro he waited and kept in touch at all times. Same applied for return journey and very sociable and welcoming drivers. Would definitely use again!”

“The car hire company (Surprice) have poor instructions to get to the off site office from the airport. The car had over 70000 kms on the clock and the cigarette lighter was the only way to charge a mobile phone (this was the second car, as the 1st car of similar vintage had a broken cigarette lighter). Wasn't a cheap price, either. Somewhat surprises given we had used Surprice before. Maybe they save their worst cars for Holiday Extras?”

“Usual great service. Booked parking only this time as the specific hotel and Jetpark3 combo that I wanted wasn’t available. Very easy to book online. Never an issue getting in/out carpark and that bit cheaper.”

“Excellent service so easy. Drop your car and keys and go. Keep your receipt. Return with receipt, scan code and get your keys. So good and value for money. 2nd time used will always use drop and go.”

“Great hotel and room. Very convenient for Manchester Terminal 3. Problem comes with parking. Car park was completely full when we arrived. Literally had to abandon the car on the edge of the car park. On return, car was still parked 5 miles away, off site. Had to call them to ask them to move it to the hotel. Hoping it was a one off as hotel and staff are all really good and helpful.”

“We didn't have trouble dropping off and setting off to our flight. Returning from our travel the flight was delayed (not our choice) when we picked up car, we were told 'you have seven (7) minutes to get out or you'll have to pay the fees for the delay! Well we didn't get time to check if there was any damage while we were away. We hurriedly put our luggage in and left as quickly as we could taking care of all the rest of the travellers also leaving the parking lot. So stressful 😫 Not pleasant at all.”

“Trying to find a parking space when we arrived was a nightmare, there are huge potholes everywhere and we waited 30 minutes for the bus to pick us up. When we arrived yesterday, we waited 45 minutes for the bus to pick us up. Would never use again”

“Used Stansted Airport Meet & Greet. It was very useful and quick. You just drop off your car and that was it! Holiday Extras were very good at giving me information for what to do to ensure a smooth drop-off and pick-up. They also gave me useful information for my airport transfer at my destination.”
