“When we arrived back to Manchester after a very long delayed flight our car had been parked outside of the undercover area at the end of green bay 8. It was covered in hard packed snow and ice. While we appreciate that the weather had been extremely bad other passengers cars on the same flight had been cleared of snow and were parked under cover and ready to drive. The whole object of meet and greet is that your car is ready to just drive away not spend twenty minutes cleaning away ice and snow. Very very dissappointed with the service.”

“Easy booking and competitively priced. My car wasn't moved, however I only found out it maybe moved on check out and the staff asked me for my keys. This needs to be highlighted on booking”

“Drop off is very convenient and you walk straight into terminal 2. Picking up your keys when collecting your car is simple. Scan your receipt and collect keys from secure key safe. My only gripe is last few times I've used the service the cars are parked very close together making it difficult to enter the car. Also whoever parked it during the week adjusted the drivers seat every which way: height,tilt,recline etc. Is this really necessary as I could see from my tracker that the cars are only moved a short distance. Yet the service is still better than patking on nearby car parks then having to bus in and out”
