“Finding the short stay car park was easy and straightforward, like the previous customer I find the loyalty discounts non existent as I have bern using this facility for a number of years. I would have thought a small discount wouldn’t ho amiss ?”

“Everything worked very smoothly and the staff were helpful and friendly. The only slight stress point was finding the Car Park in the first place. Maybe the instructions could be a little clearer.”

“We used this car park for the first time and everything worked very smoothly. The staff were very helpful and we did not have long to wait on the bus at either end of our holiday. It’s not tarmac but rather rough gravel but I would still recommend it and use it again.”

“to be honest, we followed the instructions on how to arrive, and in fairness they were very good. as it was our first experience for valet parking i didn't know what to expect, we weren't greeted as was expected but a grumpy man just told me to.back to.my car and wait, no further instructions, then after a few mins came and swapped the keys for a receipt, it wasn't a pleasant exchange. when I asked where do we go now (remember 1st timers) he pointed up the road where we had to walk around 300yards, not quite Valet to the door with 4 suit cases and 4 hand luggage, would have been easier parking in the main car park and waiting for a shuttle to the door. just my opinion., the return was good, simple and efficient. personally I wouldn't recommend”

“Nice comfortable surroundings and reasonable choice of food . There was extra costs for certain drinks but still plenty to choose from that were included. Would probably book again this was my 3rd visit .”
