I have used this Company previously to park car at Teeside and on this occasion as before the only snag was the barrier did not go up when leaving the car park. There is a phone number to call the controller of the barrier and within a few minutes the barrier was lifted so not really a problem. I have already booked the car park for my next trip.

NEVER AGAIN! Booked purple parking through holiday extras for 1 week at Gatwick. Put registration, make and model into the search engine and it came up with quote for £85.99 for 1 week, and had good reviews so I booked. When I arrived, I was told that because it was a truck, we had to pay an extra £25 per day to park it. Apparently it says this in the small print, but I didn’t see this when booking. I would have expected the quote to be accurate given that I entered the make and model (that would have been a good time to give an accurate quote…) they reduced the fee to £20 per day, but refused to refund for us to go elsewhere. Would have been cheaper and a lot easier to have paid for valet parking at the actual airport rather than be ripped off and have to sit on a bus for 15 mins to and from the terminal.

A POOR AIRPORT TRANSFER ARRANGED BY HOLIDAY EXTRAS. The Booking process on the website was straight forward and received the confirmation immediately. We arrived at Madrid airport on time and got in touch with the number provided. They responded that the Driver was waiting for us at the designated meeting point. As we were waiting for the baggage at the carousel, contacted them again and informed that I shall contact after picking the baggage. Got a reply stating that the Driver will be waiting. On arrival at the meeting point, there was no one with a 'Card with the name' at the Meeting Point. After a delay of about 15 min, got a message asking for our colour of clothes. Which was provided. After a further 5 min the Driver appeared and he told us in 'Spanish' that he was delayed due to traffic. However the 'Company' message said that he had gone to the loo. Clearly he was not even at the Airport when we received messages. The Driver than took us into Madrid and just dropped us at a street' speaking in 'Spanish' (which we cannot understand) - pointing to the direction we need to go to this 5 Star Hotel. We did not know what to do. He just got into his car and disappeared. After enquiring with some people on the street we managed to find the Hotel another 150 yards froms where he dropped us. On our return journey I got a confirmation of time the Driver would come along with the meeting point. We were at that place 15 min early. We got a text stating that he was waiting for us. But there was no Driver/car in sight. We got the Hotel Staff to ring the Driver (a number was provided) and speak to him in spanish. He told the Staff that he cannot come to the Hotel. The Staff member explained that there were atleast 5 taxis waiting to pick up guests and that he can come to the front entrance of the Hotel. After a further 2 more calls, he appeared. Over all a very poor and stressful experience. Never going to book another Airport Transfer with Holiday Extras again.

No signage that we could see at Heathrow Terminal 3 car park. Saw signs for Level 1 for meet & greet on entry but this was for another meet & greet. Ask a car park attendant for directions and he suggested we try Level 4. Still no signs but we parked up and headed towards desk near the lifts. And there you were. Will never use you at T3 again

We have used Meet & Greet at Heathrow and Stansted several times, easy to book, drop off car and collect. Would definitely recommend.

Simple booking procedure, great prices, and I know from personal experience that if anything goes wrong (in my case not the fault of Holiday Extras of course) they honour their word and sort things out.

We left the care of 2 cars with the Holiday Extras at Newcastle airport Meet and Greet Premium team inJuly 2025. We are very happy with the service. It was easy to find, easy to record the cars details including photographs of arrival and departure. The cars were parked in large bays 2 minutes away from departures and arrivals. Excellent service. We have also used in the past the Holiday Extras Meet and greet service at Manchester airport which was also first class

Booking was simple and we were happy with the price. Our Airport Transfer driver was great, and the car was very comfortable, but the pick up process wasn't as smooth as expected. After arrival we spoke with the pick up office and we waited where we were asked to, but the driver tried to make contact with us via WhatsApp rather than come in to the terminal to meet us. I hadn't connected my data, so we stood for ages waiting before he eventually came in and found us.

The staff at Aspire Lounge are very friendly and polite, the food however is very basic and cheap, the coffee/tea is from a machine and when we were there it was only 1 and a wait. Very limited considering the cost. We use the lounge as it is preferable to being out in the departures area but you certainly pay for the privilege.

Amazing no need to talk to anyone car park one at Birmingham easy and really close Holiday Extras grate app and all the information you need will be booking next years shortly

Room at the Ibis was convenient for the airport and clean and comfortable. Parking left a lot to be desired. To reach the hotel on foot you have to take a circular route or attempt to cross the double carriageway and take your life in your hands. On return we were given no indication where to find the car in the carpark and the barrier did not rise as we were told it would.We had to press the intercom button three times before anything happened a passerby said it was always happening. We would use the hotel again but not the parking.
