“We normally book inside close to the airport but it had gone so expensive this time booked at jet 3. It’s better ti just walk across as you have to allow extra time to catch the bus back especially if you just miss one.,same coming back. Next year I will book a taxi I think.”

“We booked 2 weeks car parking at Airpark express and one night in the Birmingham airport Hilton garden resort hotel. Booking was easy, arrived at the carpark, very efficiently shown where to park and straight on the bus to the airport, then a short walk to the hotel. The hotel was fine, no problems at all, and very friendly staff. On return from our holiday, we made our way to Bus stop A, the bus turned up, and the driver was so helpful, he helped every one who was getting off, with their luggage, when we got on he took care of our 2 cases putting then in the storage area, A job I was not looking forward to, as one was quite heavy. took the bus to the stops in the carpark, and dropped us off right by our car. Wonderful service, all credit to the bus driver. This is the second year we have booked this hotel and parking package and it was very good last year, this year was even better.”

“In the end it was all fine but a bit stressful for pickup to fly hone. I think it was just a language misunderstanding...so if I hadn't got anxious it would have been 5 stars. The drivers were excellent”
