Easy drop off and collection at Southampton cruise terminal with friendly staff in attendance. Would recommend.

Easy and quick process both in drop off and pick up No issues and speedy pick up and transfer by bus to and from the terminal Would use again if/when the need arises

Easy process, great getting in and to the airport; coming back, the driver just dropped us, and it took 10 minutes to find the car, as we were in the wrong section; maybe the driver had had a long day!

Simple to book, T2West car park clearly signed at airport, straight into departure via a lift. No fuss on exit, just straight through the ANPR.

Used them to arrange parking at LHR (Purple) can’t fault the booking system and dropping the car of is slick ! Only small negative is that as the courtesy bus does 2-3 &. 5 it takes ages to get back to car park if you’re arriving at 2/3 similarly if you are flying from 5 you need to allow time to get to terminal

Always use purple parking and never had any issues. Easy to book and amend booking if necessary online. Quick service in the office on departing and returning home with efficient staff. Car always been in perfect condition when collected.

Easy to understand booking process, good instructions and directions, needed to amend booking, no problem, perfect location 2 minute walk to terminal, simple check in and check out, helpful staff

Room was good. Very clean. No issues with shower and bathroom all good. Only issue was the tv just turned itself off after 2 min. Guess it was on a timer for some reason. Called to desk but no one came. Couldn’t relax with the news or any program as tv just shut itself off. Apart from that no problem. We took the shuttle bus to airport which was fine.

Slow bus transfers due to location and busy traffic times as its a few minutes from airport terminals. Didn't like the gravel in many sections of the car park which made it difficult to move cases. Other car park options preferable but would use again if needed

We used Maple Parking at T5 Heathrow. Everything went smoothly, we had a less than 5 minute wait for our transfers. Staff were efficient and polite. Will use them again 😁

Would have been nice to have had the taxi waiting which it says it would be, no, another 40 mins outside waiting and being harassed by other taxi drivers in Egypt was what we got. Will not use again or recommend as I don’t want to be left in that situation again.

We used Maple Parking at Heathrow Terminal 3. This was booked through Holiday Extras. The service was outstanding. We dropped the car off immediately and on our return, we phoned them once we’d picked our luggage up and the car was there by the time we got to the Maple Parking desk on Level 4 of the Short Stay car park.

Excellent service. Dropped car off at Gatwick South and it was there for us to collect at Gatwick North as required. No fuss!

The lounge was over crowded, me and my wife had to wait good 20 minutes to get a seat, the food was very limited and most of the food was very spicy, staff very full of themselves not helping at all. Not good for the money I paid. Good luck I will never go again to N1 lounge
