“We landed in terminal 2 and walked about outside for over half a hour before finding out yous have no pick ups in terminal 2 only terminal 1 with all our luggage we had to find our way to terminal 1 after a long flight not very good. We have used the red car park loads of times far easier . With yous being a new one decided to try but sorry will be going bat to the red”

“Everything went to plan. I’ve never used off site parking at Heathrow before and I was a little apprehensive, but directions were good, staff were friendly and helpful and the buses were on time and there to meet me when I arrived. Thank you.”

“Wide space car parking at Edinburgh Airport is easy to get to and a few minutes by bus transfer. Buses are regular and minimal waiting times. Can be a little manic trying to get cases loaded onto the bus whilst other passengers are doing the same thing. But overall, a good service provided.”

“Very simple, easy to park, easy to collect Bit clearer instructions, especially if u go the wrong way it will cost using wrong carpark area or the drop off are is charging, this can be a nightmare if u get this wrong, as u will be charged without necessarily knowing Otherwise very seamless, quick and easy”

“Used the Aspire lounge in Edinburgh airport last week would definately recommend. Great choice of food options hot and cold and a good selection of drinks as well. Very clean. Great place to chill before your flight, will definately be using again”
