“Hilton hotel very nice with large rooms and comfy. Only downside was airports express parking. The car parks are in Zone areas. Once in the zone there are no line markers or numbered spaces. So you have to remember where your car is parked and the car park is huge and virtually no lighting. The bus did not drop off at the same point of pick up so even more difficult to find car. We arrived back in the early hours of the morning to a very disgruntled driver.”

“My flight was cancelled I tried to cancel on line but the website I couldn’t call until office hours and there was no live chat in the night. Therefore I had no option to cancel. Once I got a hold of Holiday Extras they said they could refund me as the parking time has passed. I tried to explain that they provided no option to cancel in the night so it wasn’t my fault and it was there’s as they didn’t provide that option. They still refused to refund the money. The issue has been taken to the ombudsman.”

“Confusing parking, even the hotel staff weren't sure. Long confusing walk to the hotel from the car park. Poor bar, food facilities although the HI opposite was really good. Car collection on the way back was long winded as had to queue for 30 minutes behind hotel guests to get keys”

“It’s not as good as the service at Terminal 1. It’s 4 storeys up which you have to find your way too! You should just drive in on the ground floor and be greeted. Staff were very helpful but think for this service it’s needs to be more convenient than it is.”
